Ashton: Trio charged with burglary after becoming 'stuck'


Greater Manchester Police confirmed officers arrested three men at the scene on suspicion of attempted burglary. Now, the trio have been charged in connection with the incident. Macauley Dodd, of Mount Street in Hyde, has been charged with burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal. Curtis Gilmore, 26, of Mossley Road in Ashton-under-Lyne and Mason Albert Billington, 25, of Knowle Avenue have also both been charged with burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal. The trio, Dodd, Glimore and Billington, have been remanded in custody and are scheduled to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court today (Tuesday, January 30).
