Laconia needs all five delegates to the House in order to receive the best possible representation for the city. Charlie has also spent a lot of those years involved in the city and state activities. The Planning Board is responsible for the creation of the Master Plan and is involved in all aspects of city business, directly and indirectly. Charlie is also a business owner in Downtown Laconia and works hard to find ways to see downtown succeed. His goal is to continue as a representative to be Laconia’s biggest booster and bring his expertise in matters that will benefit Laconia and the state.
