Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV has made it his life’s mission to make the “murderous” and “corrupt” Duterte family accountable for their actions. Trillanes made the promise in a strongly-worded statement he issued on Thursday after resigned Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte and presidential son-in-law Manases Carpio filed a civil suit against him for damages. ADVERTISEMENT“It’s nothing but another harassment suit because our corrupt and coopted justice system have become the refuge of the Duterte scoundrels,” Trillanes said in his statement. “Just be sure that you’d be in power forever because I have made it my life’s mission to make your murderous and corrupt clan accountable for your actions,” he said. Trillanes showed copies of bank statements alleging that Duterte and Carpio had millions of pesos in separate bank accounts.
