So this season, aided by a disposable vape and a pretty necklace aid, I decided to give giving up a go. So on returning from my Scottish sojourn, I went straight to the local vape shop to try again. I immediately stopped smoking for 3 days and had just a dozen ciggies over the next 2 months. And with my two golden bullion bars of quit, I tried it to stop my chain-smoking habit once more, using the gold necklace with pretty hearts on and Sonder vape. Since combining the vape and necklace, I'm now trying to establish a routine of necklace/vape that supports cutting back on my ciggies.
