The political leader of the National Alternative Congress (ANC) has provided 2,500 tickets to citizens of the Southeastern County of Maryland as their County takes on Montserrado County in the Grand Finals of the 2016 National Sports Meet. Mr. Alexander Cummings said his pledge is aimed at encouraging hundreds of citizens from Maryland County to go on the field and cheer their team to victory. Thousands of spectators have already stormed the ATS as early as 8am this morning to watch the games between both Maryland and Montserrado Counties in a soccer encounter. The southeastern Boys of Maryland County will battle Montserrado County in the 2016/2017 National County Sports Meet Finals on today, Sunday, January 15, 2017 at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium. On the other hand Montserrado County have appeared in the finals three times, 1969, 2013 and the last edition.
