Warby Parker should be suing a whole lot of other direct-to-consumer sellers for intellectual property theft. We all know Warby Parker. Warby Parker changed the rules as one of the first real disrupters of the current retail wave. Warby became the darling of the DTC movement and pretty soon all sorts of companies latched onto the concept. Away became the Warby Parker of luggage.
