As an American lesbian woman living in the United Kingdom with my British wife, Megan Evans, here’s why a vote for Trump is a vote against us, our love and our life together. We rejoiced all the way in our home in Windsor when Obama legalized same-sex marriage across all 50 states in America. We have friends and family traveling all over from the U.K. and U.S. to share in our special day. However, now we fear for our future and the whole LGBT community if Trump were to become president in a mere few days. If Trump gets elected, he has said he will “strongly consider” appointing judges to over-turn same-sex marriage.
