The Supreme Court has said it will on Friday hear(AAP) government over who is the administrative head of the Delhi government - the Chief Minister or the Lieutenant Governor.The Arvind Kejriwal government has been facing off againstever since it came to power in 2015. It has gone to the top court against the Delhi High Court 's ruling that administrative primacy rested with the office of the LG Soon after the Delhi High Court verdict, Jung had reversed a number of measures taken by the AAP government, on the grounds that it did not have the authority to have taken the steps in the first place.AAP had made an election plank out of getting more power for the Delhi government. Delhi presently does not have full statehood. Kejriwal has also repeatedly alleged that the Centre, through the LG, was preventing the AAP government from doing any work.
