Jaitley visits the family members of slain RSS worker Rajesh Edavakode in Thiruvananthapuram on Sunday. He lashed out at police for "encouraging" the perpetrators of violence against BJP and RSS workers. Jaitley also lashed out at sections of civil society peace advocates and accused them of turning a blind eye to the killings in Kerala. At the all-party meeting called by the chief minister to check such murders, it was decided to work together and isolate criminals masquerading as political workers. The CPM leader alluded to reports that rivals had been stopped from carrying out political activities in a few districts.
