Included was the sale of hotel group Dalata and DCC divestmentLaw firms Arthur Cox and A&L Goodbody have topped the league table in terms of legal involvement in M&A deals linked to Irish entities during 2025. New data from the London Stock Exchange shows that the two firms were each involved in 53 deals last year. Arthur Cox advised and assisted on transactions worth a total of €6.3bn, while A&L Goodbody worked on deals valued at a total of €6.2bn, including debt.
