“I’ve been through some strange things in my life, but this is the craziest,” he recalls. A: It’s been really good — and I have to say strangely good — because you really do think people forget. And I thought, ‘I’m just going to do that.’ And I had quite a few people say, ‘No one’s doing that.’ And I went, ‘Well, maybe that’s why I should do it. A: You know, there’s something really cathartic about having all of my possessions fit in my car. So I’m using it as a metaphor for moving on and focusing on things that really matter.
