Arsenal winger Charles Sagoe Jr has joined Swedish side Kalmar FF on loan until January 2027. The 21-year-old, who joined Arsenal from Fulham in 2015 at the age of 11, has made a solid start to the season with 14 appearances for the U21s in both Premier League 2 and Vertu Trophy. He has scored five goals and added seven assists. Sagoe Jr, who can also play in midfield, signed his first professional contract with Arsenal in 2022 and Mikel Arteta named him on the bench for their 3-0 Champions League win at Slavia Prague in the Champions League in November. He will spend the whole of 2026 with the newly promoted Swedish top-flight side.
