Arsenal want to strengthen in two other areas, though, and according to the Daily Mail, they are seeking a winger to supplement Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli. The north Londoners will also attempt to bring in a central midfielder with Real Sociedad star Martin Zubimendi believed to be a top target. Barcelona and Bayern Munich are vying to sign the 25-year-old too – who has a release clause of €60m (£51.2m). Should Arsenal beat Barcelona and Bayern Munich to Zubimendi’s signature, it is believed that he could replace Thomas Partey in the Gunners’ squad.
