Carrasco was suspended by Dalian Yifang and told not to report to training for returning home late from international duty. The Belgian missed his connecting flight to China after playing in the national team. Teammate Yu Ziqian accused Carrasco of being lazy, and wanting to go back to Europe earlier than he should have done. The Chinese club have ordered Carrasco to apologise to his teammates within the next three days.
