Celtic left-back Tierney is the subject of serious interest from both Arsenal and Serie A side Napoli. The Gunners had an opening £15million bid rejected by the Scottish Premiership champions but Express Sport understands they have not followed up with a £19m offer. Arsenal are confident of reaching an agreement with Celtic for their academy graduate - who has managed eight goals and 37 assists in 170 first-team appearances - at around £22m. The 22-year-old has long been viewed as one of Celtic’s stand-out talents and has been tipped for a move to the Premier League for some years with Manchester United one team thought to have previously had interest.
