Partey has made just five appearances for the Gunners this season after being decimated by injury problems, and hasn’t played since October thanks to a hamstring issue. Barcelona and Bayern Munich are also vying to sign the 24-year-old who has a release clause of €60million (£51.2m). Arsenal considered making a move for Zubimendi last summer but opted to go for Declan Rice instead, while the player was not interested in leaving Sociedad in January.
