Results on the pitch haven't improved the mood around the Emirates, and they go into the summer transfer window still needing to complete their squad rebuild from January. The Gunners are eager to bring in a new goalkeeper, having failed to sign a permanent back-up for Bernd Leno last summer. Now, however, they could be provided with the perfect opportunity to solve that issue, with Wojciech Szczesny reportedly up for sale. And switching their first-choice goalkeepers would provide them with the perfect opportunity to effectively plan for the future in that sense. Selling Leno would also give Arsenal the opportunity to free up some money on the wage budget and recoup a significant transfer fee.
