As such, Roma think they can get the playmaker on the cheap and have offered just £8.5m for his services, but Arsenal have turned it down, report La Gazzetta dello Sport. ‘They [Arsenal] made promises to me at the beginning of the season, but after just two weeks, those promises weren’t kept,’ Mkhitaryan told Vivaro News. ‘So when [agent] Mino Raiola called me to propose the idea of joining Roma, I didn’t think twice. ‘There’s been no regrets (about joining Roma).
