Arsenal hold an interest in Real Madrid defender Victor Valdepenas, who made his senior debut for the Spanish side this season. Arsenal are yet to make a formal offer for Valdepenas but internal discussions towards a potential approach have taken place. The Spain Under-20 international is a left-footed central defender but can also be used as a full-back. Arsenal are well stocked at centre-half with William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhaes, Cristhian Mosquera and Piero Hincapie currently at the club. BBC Sport sources have confirmed there has been interest in Bidon from the Gunners but other prospects are ahead of the Brazil Under-20 international.
