Arsenal and Tottenham have both been tipped to raid Real Madrid for Ceballos, with the Spain international free to leave the Bernabeu. The midfielder has failed to live up to the hype at the club ever since his arrival from fellow La Liga side Real Betis in the summer of 2017. And the Daily Mail say Arsenal are confident that, despite Tottenham’s interest, they will win the race for the midfielder. The Gunners are set to capture the star on loan with Unai Emery working on a restricted budget.
