Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has told Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang he should not need convincing to stay at the Emirates Stadium as the striker continues to dwell over his future. The Gunners are ninth in the Premier League table and risk missing out on European football next season. Arteta is hoping to keep his captain and top scorer at the club but he will not pander to the 30-year-old. He claims players should not need convincing to stay in north London.
