The winger has been the Gunners’ standout performer so far this term, often carrying the team on his young shoulders. Saka, 20, has two-and-a-half years to run on his deal at the Emirates but he’s ambitious and he wants to play in the Champions League. The England winger is close friends with the likes of Jadon Sancho, Phil Foden and Jude Bellingham, who all have significant Champions League experience to their names. Saka earns around £35,000-a-week at Arsenal and feels he is deserving of a significant pay increase, which the club are willing to offer.
