Brighton & Hove Albion have confirmed the signing of RB Salzburg midfielder Enock Mwepu on a four-year deal. The Zambian star's arrival could pave the way for Arsenal or Liverpool to pursue their interest in current Seagulls' midfielder Yves Bissouma. Arsenal and Liverpool have been the two Premier League clubs most heavily linked with Bissouma this summer. The 24-year-old caught the eye last season and cemented himself as one of the Premier League's top tacklers and interceptors. His future was expected to be sorted early in the window, with Brighton seemingly resigned to losing him, but no movement has yet been made.
