The 20-year-old has been the subject of two bids from Villa, which were both rejected by the Gunners. The first of around £25m was instantly knocked back and while Villa were more hopeful over their second offer of £30m, that too was rejected. Smith Rowe would certainly get that at Villa Park and the youngster is said to be ‘blown away’ by the level of the club’s interest in him.
