Arrests over stabbing of big c staff

Police have arrested two people on suspicion of stabbing a Big C Supercentre employee whose body was dumped in Min Buri. A mobile phone and wallet, with an ID card and a Big C employee card inside, were later retrieved from his body. The victim's decomposed body, dressed in a Big C shirt and black pants, was found in a ditch surrounded by thick bushes on Soi Rat Uthit 54 on Friday evening. Metropolitan Police Bureau acting commissioner Sanit Mahathavorn said yesterday the arrests came after investigation into the victim's disappearance. An initial inspection found the victim sustained a deep star-shaped cut to his stomach, and knife wounds to his groin.
