Dr. Evan Fraser, the director of U of G’s Arrell Food Institute, will examine these questions and more when he appears on CBC Radio’s Ideas on Tuesday, Oct. 4. A professor in the Department of Geography, Environment & Geomatics, Fraser helps lead the Food from Thought initiative and holds the Canada Research Chair in Global Food Security. Ideas airs on CBC Radio One weekdays at 8 p.m. and 4 a.m. as well as on Mondays at 2 p.m.
