Banteer Community Groups – Category 7 Community Well Being Initiative. Duhallow Chess club was only formed in September last year and operates out of the Digital hub at Banteer Sportsfield. GrantsBanteer Community Sportsfield welcome a €1,400 grant and Banteer Community Centre €1,000 grant announced this week by John Paul O’Shea under the Community Support fund. Community Council ElectionsThanks to all those who put forward nominations for Banteer Lyre Nadd and Districts Community Council. Banteer BingoBingo is played at Banteer Community Centre on Tuesday night at 8.30pm, playing for jackpot of 3500e.
