Brigadier Iftekur Rahman, Rangamati region commander of Bangladesh army, inaugurated the program at Rangamati Chinglah Moung Chowdhury (Mari) Stadium on Friday morning. All-day army personnel distributed free vegetables and other daily necessities among poor families whose members have lost their jobs due to the novel coronavirus outbreak. Enlisted poor families will be able to collect vegetables and daily necessities from the market completely free of cost. Earlier, a similar one-minute market was launched in Chittagong on Wednesday.
