Mr Johnson visited the Royal Military Academy on Friday to pay tribute to cadets for completing the formidable 44-week training course to become British Army officers. He appeared as the Queen's representative and watched as 243 cadets graduated as commissioned army officers. In footage taken on the day the prime minister can be seen striding along the second row of officers and stopping to speak with some as the army band plays the Imperial March from Star Wars. According to ITV News, the song was one of several well-known compositions played by the army band throughout the day.
