The RDO was at his residence in Armoor when the ACB officials caught him. Mr. Srinivas would be presented before the Special Court for ACB Cases in Karimnagar. “Earlier, the RDO seized some water treatment plants in Armoor on the ground that they failed to comply with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS),” Mr. Ramana Kumar said. The water treatment plants association had approached the ACB in Hyderabad. On behalf of the association, its president B. Rajkumar went to the RDO’s house and handed over the money when the ACB officials turned up and caught him.
