Five armed robbers raided Prime Bank Nakuru Branch on Wednesday evening and made away with Sh2.3 million. Rawal reported the matter at Nakuru Police Station at 6.32 pm and the police report was booked under OB number 98/26/1/2022. Rawal reported that the attackers vandalised the drawers and took money estimated at Sh2.3 million. Police who visited the scene recovered a homemade gun, one hammer, mobile phone make Huawei and Sh1,000 note. Nakuru County Commander Beatrice Kiraguri confirmed the incident and said that investigations have been launched by detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
