Drivers should avoid the area" of the Massena boulevard in the Porte d'Italie area in the south of the French capital, local police tweeted. Police are positioned at the site and a security perimeter has been established in the neighbourhood near the ring road around Paris, police sources said. The manager of the travel agency was able to alert police after escaping the building, reported BFM TV.
