Three men in masks – two of whom were armed with a rifle and shotgun – robbed an Ethiopian restaurant in Silver Spring early Thursday morning, according to Montgomery County police. An investigation revealed that three men in masks entered the restaurant, two of them had firearms and one carried a red bag, according to officers.
