The trend of follow-home robberies as well as smash-and-grab flashmob robberies have become plagues in the Golden State. An LAPD spokesperson told FOX News last week that follow-home robberies seem to be “popping up everywhere” in the city. Meanwhile, crime-tolerant Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon has been quiet on the violent crime trends. Eric Siddall, vice president of the Association of Los Angeles Deputy District Attorneys, didn’t pull any punches.
