Various armed forces have been spotted around Arrowtown. The highly secretive meeting being held in Queenstown this weekend is a gathering of intelligence and security agencies related to the Five Eyes spying network, the Herald reported. Other shopkeepers in the town reported seeing bodyguards roaming the streets on Wednesday afternoon. Minister for the GCSB and Security Intelligence Service Chris Finlayson's office could not immediately comment. These countries' communications are then supplied directly to the US National Security Agency and other Five Eyes agencies.
