The occasion also coincided with the tenth anniversary celebration of the AYA Elderly Care Center established by the Ellembelle MP to strengthen social care and support services to the aged in the Constituency. He said the elderly needed physical, psychological, material and the health care needs to live meaningfully. He said in the last ten years, the AYA Elderly Care Center has brought about 20,000 elderly persons to the Center for support, care and love. He prayed for good health, longevity and fruitfulness for the elderly in a bid to smile happily at life in the ensuing year. Joined by the MP, the elderly persons also sang traditional songs and different forms of dances to showcase indigenous Nzema culture and tradition.
