The Navy, marine police and the Fishery Department used their boats to take the governor and mourners about five nautical miles from Laem Sing cape to the sea to float the ashes. The ashes were collected after the burning on Thursday evening of funeral flowers collected from venues in 10 districts in the province, including replicas of the main Royal Crematorium in Bangkok. A total of 134,186 mourners offered funeral flowers for their beloved King.
