The Asset Management Corporation (AMCON), on Monday said no negotiation with Ethiopian Airlines to manage the Nigerian carrier, Arik Airline. Ethiopian Airlines recently announced that it had submitted its bid to the Nigerian government. “The general public and all stakeholders will be kept duly informed on issues relating to the airline’s divestment ,” Nwauzor said. AMCON took over running of Arik Air in February over debts. In April, the Receiver Manager of Arik Air, Mr Oluseye Opasanya (SAN), said the embattled airline was indebted to its creditors to the tune of N375 billion.
