WINNIPEG—The Argos’ Dan LeFevour looked every bit a starting quarterback for most of Saturday, but it wasn’t enough to end the Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ winning streak. LeFevour looked poised and comfortable in his second start for the Argonauts, making 22-of-34 passes for 271 yards and four touchdowns with two interceptions, leading his team through a shootout that saw the Bombers win 46-29. The Argos fell to 5-7, while the Bombers won their seventh straight and sit at 8-4. LeFevour threw three first-half touchdowns, helping set the pace in what quickly turned into a back-and-forth game that was buoyed on Winnipeg’s side by kicker Justin Medlock’s four first-half field goals and a 98-yard kickoff return from Quincy McDuffie. Medlock’s 53-yard field goal closed out the half, with Toronto leading 22-19.
