WHILE investments are pouring into Malaysia, many young Malaysians are still finding it difficult to get decent jobs. Employers, meanwhile, have their own complaint list. They say Gen Y, better known as millennials (born 1981-1996), and Gen Z (born 1997-2012), are picky, quick to leave and difficult to retain.
