MANILA, Philippines – Dottie Ardina is thrilled as much as she’s wary of the world-class opposition as she launches her LPGA Tour campaign as a full card holder in the rich Handa Vic Open firing off Thursday in Victoria in southeastern Australia. 1 spot in the Symetra Tour to earn full playing rights on the LPGA Tour this year. In the last Symetra Tour, Ardina was under-par 30 times with a record 63 at the Alaqua Country Club in Longwood, Florida. After the Vic Open, the ICTSI-backed Ardina is also entered in the $1.3 million Aussie Open set February 14-17 in Grange, South Australia, featuring no less than world No. 1 Ariya Jutanugarn and sister Moriya, defending champion Jin Young Ko along with Lydia Ko, Candie Kung and invitee Cheyenne Woods and those playing in the Vic Open.
