"Here is the problem for your Government image-wise in that you are pro drugs, you're loose on drugs, you're soft on drugs, you want to vote on drugs," Hosking said. "It's not ridiculous," Hosking replied. "It is ridiculous," Ardern replied. Hosking said it was well-known that young people started on soft drugs, such as cannabis, before getting into harder drugs.
