The Government on Sunday confirmed it would be unwinding the clause Labour voted through in the Water Service Entities bill, after outcry that it was threatening New Zealand’s constitution. Ardern, speaking to RNZ on Monday, admitted Labour had made a “mistake”, but was unwilling to specify how it occurred and said the "team” was responsible.
