The Lady Spikers ran away with the first set win but it was nowhere near that easy for the green-clad volleybelles from there as they struggled from the service box, even as newbies Princess Robles and Ivy Lacsina and veteran Audrey Paran rallied the Lady Bulldogs. “We have a lot of unforced errors coming from service,” said Lady Spikers coach Ramil de Jesus. “I told my players that if you err in service, that’s your fault, not your opponent’s because it is you alone who will execute everything there, ” De Jesus added. The Lady Spikers gave away 11 points to service errors in the last three sets, four in the second set which they surrendered. Aduke Ogunsanya scored 13, Desiree Cheng put in 12 points, including the game-clinching hit, as well as 11 excellent receptions while Jolina dela Cruz had 12 points and 16 digs for DLSU.
