Irene MosleyAn advisory panel has been established to steer the proposed Taieri Aquatic Centre project in Mosgiel to completion. Cr Staynes would chair the panel, Mrs Mosley said. The council committing $6.4 million in the 2018-19 financial year and the formation of the panel was encouraging. If the trust could raise another $6.4 million, it would be enough to build a facility with four pools, including a main pool with eight lanes. If the fundraising goal exceeded expectations, a 10-lane main pool could be possible.
