A woman in her 90s living alone in Chesterville, about 60 km from Ottawa, was terrorized Saturday night when intruders broke in, screaming and throwing apples at the victim and the walls and ceiling of her small home. “The victim wasn’t injured, thank god,” said OPP spokesman, Const. “But it was a very traumatic event for her.”Doiron said police were not notified about the attack until a family member was told and came forward on Tuesday.
