Apple’s Chicago Education EventThis week saw a subdued Apple event in Chicago. It also picked up a sixth-generation update that included a faster processor and, perhaps most importantly, support for the Apple Pencil. Education didn’t need a faster iPad. Education didn’t need Apple Pencil support. I’m not sure an iPad with Apple Pencil support and some new GarageBand sound packs are really going to make that big of a difference as fun as they may be.
