In a new report, industry analyst TrendForce has sided with a growing number of industry heavyweights by claiming that Apple will — for the first time in iPhone history — release iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models with different generations of its chipset. In contrast, the base model iPhone 14 will be unchanged at $799 with the iPhone 14 Max $100 higher making a $300 gap between their respective Pro versions.
