On Tuesday the Court of Appeal allowed Auckland man Jeff McClintock's Bible-study-in-school case to continue, after the High Court had earlier this year struck the case out. The Court of Appeal said McClintock's lawyer had been "guilty of continual delays and unexplained breaches of successive orders made in the High Court". But in a just-released judgment, Court of Appeal Judges Rhys Harrison, Forrest Miller and Helen Winkelmann reinstated the case, and it will be heard by the High Court.
