Share TweetBy Erma EderaApostolic Nuncio to the Philippines Archbishop Gabriele Giordano Caccia is ending his tour of duty in the Philippines on December 22, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said. The announcement came after the Pope’s envoy made his farewell call to Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr. on December 5. Caccia has served as the Apostolic Nuncio in Manila and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps since December 6, 2017. The Archbishop was joined by the Counsellor of the Apostolic Nunciature, Monsignor Julien Kaboré, and the Nunciature’s Secretary, Monsignor Gabriel Viola.
